New Generation Scholarship

CCD recognizes the importance of assisting and providing advising, counseling and financial aid resources to our first generation students. Qualifications for the First Generation Scholarship include: a minimum GPA of 2.0, enrollment in a minimum of 6 credit hours in a degree or certificate program at CCD, a high school diploma or GED, Satisfactory Academic Progress (as
outlined in the CCD Catalog) and demonstration of financial need by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA).

REQUIREMENTS, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Complete the CCD scholarship application
Minimum GPA of 2.0
Must not already have a prior bachelor’s degree
Enrollment in a minimum of 6 credit hours in a degree or certificate program at CCD
High school diploma or GED
Satisfactory Academic Progress (as outlined in the CCD Catalog)
Demonstration of financial need by submitting the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Colorado Application for State Financial Aid (CASFA).
