United Concordia Dental scholarship was created to support dental hygiene students. One of the main focus areas of our giving is around workforce development initiatives and programs focused on oral health, which includes scholarship giving.

Requirements, Terms & Conditions:
• Demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA
• Accept the scholarship’s terms & conditions through CCD’s scholarship portal
• Write a “Thank You” letter and upload it through CCD’s scholarship portal
• Upload a digital image of yourself
• Submit a Photo/Video release Form
